The Park Pobedy residential complex in Yekaterinburg will allow residents from all three buildings to access shared courtyards, a shift from typical private yard designs.

In modern Yekaterinburg, private courtyards are already commonplace. Even within a single quarter built by one developer, areas can be closed off. Therefore, many might be surprised that the courtyard of the Park Pobedy residential complex will be accessible to residents of several buildings. How this came to be is explained in this article.

What«s So Interesting About This Quarter

The news astounded future residents of the sections to be delivered in 2027. There«s no need to worry, as »Park Pobedy« is a quarter development with several houses planned. There are three in total. And each will have its own courtyard. And so that residents of the project can stroll throughout its territory, architects have provided high arches, similar to post-constructivist houses.

Courtyards are opened gradually — as residential sections are delivered. For example, the second new building will have the largest walking area, the size of two professional hockey rinks, that is about 4000 sq. m. Plants with white flowers will be planted here. This is a landscaping feature: each courtyard has its own accent color. Here it«s white, and in the first one, lilac.

In «Park Pobedy,» modern play equipment is being installed for children so they can invent various entertainment scenarios themselves. This positively affects the development of imagination and communication skills. While young residents are busy with their own activities, adults can relax in a gazebo or on a sun lounger in the company of a lion. And if more active pastime is desired, it«s better to head to the workout zone or run around the entire quarter.

From the courtyard, as from the street, one can enter the house. And if residents of any house in the new quarter can move throughout its territory, they will not be able to enter someone else«s section. In principle, there»s no need, as all interiors are equally cozy, and the lions are observant and graceful.

As in the other sections, the new two will have stroller rooms and guest bathrooms with laundry facilities. The first room will be additionally locked with a magnetic key. So only residents of the section where it is located can access it.

Apartments with a Great View

If anything, this applies to the entire «Park Pobedy.» From the higher floors, a splendid city panorama opens up: towards the center or the Shuvaikish Forest Park.

And if you purchase a lot on a lower floor, the window will overlook either the quiet green streets of Uralmash or the courtyard.
