Tyumen renovates more plots, including central city land

Residents of an apartment building must decide whether comprehensive redevelopment will take place.
In Tyumen, more plots are being subjected to renovation. This involves land located in Lesobaza and in the very center of the city.

A large plot in Lesobaza has been included in the renovation.
The city hall documentation states: ‘To adopt a decision on the comprehensive development of non-adjacent residential territories in the area of Sakhalinskaya, Gilevskaya, Volzhskaya, and Maksim Gorky streets in Tyumen, covering 21.07 hectares.’

In the Maksim Gorky area, one house will be demolished.
In the Sakhalinskaya area, four apartment buildings and 44 private houses are slated for demolition. In the Gilevskaya and Volzhskaya streets area, various networks and garages are to be demolished. In the city center, a two-story house with street utilities is set to be demolished. We covered the story of this building«s residents in a separate article.
Also, note that on the city administration«s website, residents of apartment buildings in Lesobaza are invited to hold general meetings and decide whether the demolition of their homes will be carried out at a general meeting.
