Omsk city hall reports progress on kindergarten construction in outskirts

The Ingush contractor Russstroy is building the kindergarten under the regional Family Support initiative.
The Omsk city hall«s construction department reported on the progress of building a kindergarten for 310 children on Zavertyaeva Street. Work on the site has been ongoing since summer 2025. The contractor is the Ingush company »Russtroy«, which won the tender for 571.6 million rubles (approximately $6.4 million at current rates).
As it turns out, the two-story building for 18 groups is only 13% complete so far.
«Currently, work on laying the foundations has been completed, and work on installing external walls and floor beams is underway,» the construction department reported.
The kindergarten work is being carried out under the regional project «Family Support». As assured by the construction department, the preschool institution should be ready by June 30, 2027. Currently, in the «Oblepikhovy» microdistrict where construction is taking place, there is neither a kindergarten nor a school.
The founder and director of «Russtroy» is Magomed-Emin Deniev. The company«s revenue for 2024 was 671 million rubles (about $7.5 million at current rates), with a profit of 13 million rubles (approximately $140,000 at current rates).
Previously, the company «Russtroy» completed the construction of a school in «Serebryany Bereg». It is also building a children«s infectious diseases hospital on Perelyota and a school in the »Yasnaya Polyana« microdistrict.
