Larisa Dolina forced to destroy homemade pond at country home
Singer Larisa Dolina will have to get rid of a homemade pond at her country house. This was reported by TASS, citing Life.
According to the publication, the singer did not register ownership of a country cottage in the village of Slavino (Protasovo village) for 12 years to avoid paying taxes. An artificial pond is located on the property. Now Dolina will have to spend 50 million rubles (approximately $540,000 at current rates) to get rid of it. Filling in the water body will take about two months.
A complaint to the environmental prosecutor«s office was filed by Saratov businessman Gleb Ryskov. In a conversation with StarHit, he said he discovered the pond while studying the nearby area. It turned out that the singer»s property with the house is located within a water protection zone. The area of the artificial pond is 230 m².
«Plowing land is prohibited within the coastal protective strip. This causes environmental damage — it affects the water body and the preservation of the water protection zone,» explained Ryskov. «The shoreline strip is considered public territory — neither an individual nor a legal entity has the right to include it as private property. The land plots belonging to citizen Dolina were issued under a decree that is not legitimate, because their overlap with the shoreline strip is visible to the naked eye.»
According to Ryskov, Larisa Dolina developed the property 15 years ago. Who issued the document permitting the construction is currently unknown. But regardless of how long ago the acquisition was, all violations must be corrected, the businessman believes.
«She is a citizen of the Russian Federation, so she must comply with Russian legislation. She lives here! The violator is obligated to carry out land reclamation, compensate for environmental damage, and establish the cadastral boundaries of her land plots outside the coastal and protective strip,» added Gleb Ryskov.
If the structures are deemed illegal, the lands may be returned to state ownership, and the built houses may be demolished.
Recently, the saga of the sale of Larisa Dolina«s apartment in Khamovniki ended. The keys to the home were handed over to single mother Polina Lurie. The singer herself did not come to the house — according to media reports, she is currently on vacation with her daughter in the UAE.
