The Department of Property Relations of the Omsk city hall lost a lawsuit initially filed against the developer of a microdistrict on the Irtysh riverbank near Green Island Park. The corresponding decision was published on the website of the Arbitration Court.

Back in May of last year, the city hall«s structure went to court and wanted to challenge the ownership of the land plot where houses are being built. The defendants were LLC »SZ Green Island« and entrepreneur Olesya Puro. The property department insisted on recognizing the right of municipal ownership to a series of plots on the Irtysh riverbank.

In August, for seven out of eight plots, the city hall«s structure withdrew its claims. The subject of the dispute remained the plot that belongs to Olesya Puro.

LLC «SZ Green Island» was registered in 2020. The company«s founders in equal shares are Vladimir Medintsev, Lyubov Novobrachenko, and deputy of the Legislative Assembly Vyacheslav Vasilyev. The company»s revenue for 2024 was 0 rubles, loss — 390 thousand rubles (approximately $3,900 at current rates).

As a result, on January 21, the Arbitration Court dismissed the city hall«s lawsuit against the entrepreneur.
