The city administration has approved plans for a new high-rise development in central Kurgan.

Within the boundaries of Klimova, Komsomolskaya, and Kuibyshev streets in Kurgan, a high-rise building is planned. This is stated in a resolution on the administration«s website.
According to the document, the plot to be developed is 0.89 hectares. The residential 16-story building will include underground parking and parking in the stylobate for 193 cars. A commercial space with a total area of 2228 square meters will also be built. In 2026, the building will begin design, and in 2028, construction will start.
Earlier, 45.RU reported that in the Kurgan region, the number of built residential houses increased last year. Three construction companies especially stood out in housing construction.
