Worker in Yasnogorsky District receives wage debt payment after bailiffs intervene

A worker in Tula Region's Yasnogorsky District had over 200,000 rubles (approximately $2,200 at current rates) in unpaid wages settled after court bailiffs enforced a ruling.

In Tula Region, court bailiffs helped restore the labor rights of a local resident who was not paid wages by his employer. This involves an employee of a housing and utilities enterprise.

The man went to court and secured a ruling establishing the debt for labor payment. The debt amount was 211,980 rubles (approximately $2,400 at current rates). The enforcement document was received by the Yasnogorsky District court bailiffs office.

The court bailiff notified the management of the debtor organization about the need to execute the court decision within the legally established period. The employer was explained that in case of non-payment, measures of forced collection would be applied.

As a result, the enterprise fully repaid the wage debt. The worker«s rights have been restored, and the enforcement proceedings have been completed through actual execution.
