Residents of Voronezh have been informed about the best times to look for work. The information was shared by experts from hh.ru (HeadHunter).
According to the analysis, the highest number of vacancies and the highest salaries occur in two key periods: spring (February–April) and autumn (September–November).
In 2025, September led in the number of vacancies, with over 18.4 thousand job postings. Meanwhile, the highest salary level was recorded in November at 74.8 thousand rubles (approximately $748 at current rates), which is 20% higher than the previous year.
This cyclicality is linked to companies« budget planning. In spring, organizations allocate funds for staff expansion, especially in IT, manufacturing, and finance. In autumn, new projects are launched and unused budgets are utilized.
The summer months (July–August) are traditionally a lull period when the number of vacancies decreases, but competition among job seekers is minimal. Experts recommend using this time to prepare resumes and improve qualifications before the autumn hiring peak.
