Volkhov Crash: Driver Died Before Impact
In Volkhov, Leningrad Region, a truck crashed into a tree, and the driver died even before the accident. Law enforcement agencies are investigating the circumstances of the incident.

On January 30 during the day, an accident involving a GAZ truck occurred in Volkhov, Leningrad Region.
Around 12:50 on Chaykovsky Boulevard, the vehicle collided with a tree. The driver was a man born in 1962 who died.
The State Traffic Inspectorate reported: «However, as it became known from preliminary information, the driver«s death occurred while the vehicle was moving, even before the car hit an obstacle.»
Currently, the circumstances of the traffic accident are being established by the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region.
