They also clarified that the man’s daughter had not yet gotten into the car by that time. She was thrown from the car by the blast wave, and the child was injured. Medical assistance was required.

It is known that the regional Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation (SK RF) has initiated a criminal case over the emergency.
