On February 1, many homes in Ufa were completely deprived of water supply. Residents of the Soviet and October districts of the city are complaining about the disruptions.
The Ufa Civil Protection Department confirmed the problem. According to the department, water was cut off on Zorge Street, 50 Let SSSR Street, Parkovaya Street, and Shafieva Street, as well as on Oktyabrya Avenue.
«Repair work is being carried out by the State Unitary Enterprise of the Republic of Bashkortostan »Ufavodokanal«. The shutdown is under control. Additional information can be obtained by phone at 284-15-30,» the department reported.
The exact cause of the accident has not been specified.
