T-Bank Users Report App Outage and Transfer Errors
Users of T-Bank are complaining about malfunctions. Issues are being observed by residents in several Russian regions, including Moscow, according to the service Downdetector.
Moscow residents reported a glitch in the app«s operation. Specifically, problems are occurring with money transfer operations. As users report, some are seeing messages about potential errors.
“Transfers are not working in T-Bank today,” write other subscribers on the outage service Downdetector.
“Online banking and internet banking are not working,” users indicate.
As stated on the Downdetector website, 1,395 users were affected by the outage per hour. Most complaints came from Moscow, St. Petersburg, and Samara Oblast.
The bank«s press service confirmed to MSK1.RU that some users experienced an outage. According to them, the system quickly recovered and there are no problems now.
“A small number of clients had short-term glitches with transfers, now everything is working in normal mode,” the bank clarified.
Earlier, Telegram users faced an outage. Many had problems sending and receiving messages in the messenger. People also encountered slow service operation.
