According to relatives, the man was walking in the forest when he fell into the ravine and was unable to get out on his own. Rescuers found him far from residential buildings.

The man could not precisely explain how he ended up in the forest, stating only that he had gone out for a walk. Rescuers used a rope to help him climb out of the ravine.

Medical assistance was not required for the man from Siberia.
