A missile danger was declared in Rostov Oblast at 19:00. This is stated in the app of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations (MChS).
«It is recommended to proceed to a shelter, basement, or underground parking,» the agency«s message said.
On the night of January 21, Taganrog, and the Kamensky and Tarasovsky districts in the oblast were attacked. No information on destruction or casualties has been received.
