Volunteers from the LizaAlert search and rescue squad have been searching for a 57-year-old resident of Ryazan for almost a month. Vasily Sinotov left home on December 31, and his whereabouts have been unknown since.
Description: height 173 centimeters (5 feet 8 inches), average build, gray hair, and gray eyes. The man was wearing a dark blue jacket, dark pants, and black boots.
Vasily Sinotov may be outside Ryazan, volunteers believe.
