At 13:35, Semenov reported that repair crews are doing everything possible, and heaters are being distributed to residents. A heating point was also opened for them in the parking lot opposite Elektrogorsk Hospital.
«Regarding the situation at Elektrogorsk Hospital specifically: taking into account the health conditions of patients, some have been sent home, and others transferred to the central district hospital in Pavlovsky Posad,» wrote Semenov.
