In the Lazarevsky district of Sochi, under the supervision of bailiffs from the Main Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service (FSSP) of Russia, an illegally erected trading kiosk was demolished.
A forty-year-old local resident built the trading premises on seized territory. He added a canopy to the premises and enclosed everything with a concrete fence. The court ordered the man to demolish the illegal structures. The enforcement document was submitted to the specialized bailiff unit for Krasnodar Krai No. 2 of the Main Directorate of the FSSP of Russia.
‘The officer repeatedly drew up protocols on bringing the debtor to administrative responsibility, provided for by Art. 17.15 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. The total amount of fines was 15,000 rubles (approximately $167 at current rates),’ said Tatiana Kochet, head of the regional bailiff unit.
Only after eight fines did the citizen demolish the unauthorized structures and remove the remains of building materials, freeing up a plot of more than 200 square meters.
