On Monday, January 26, the company Delta announced a serious external impact on its IT systems, which disrupted the operation of its security services. This was reported on the operator«s official page on the VKontakte social network.

In a published statement, it said: «On January 26, DELTA encountered a large-scale external impact on its IT infrastructure aimed at disrupting the company»s services.«

As a result of the attack, access to a number of online services was temporarily limited.

According to the operator, no leakage of customers« personal information occurred. Meanwhile, the Delta mobile app stopped loading and began displaying a »No network« error.

Users of the security system are actively complaining on social media about the inability to contact the company and the non-functioning app. Among the feedback, the following can be highlighted:

  • «Thanks for providing at least some feedback. Otherwise, it»s impossible to get through anywhere.«
  • »It«s simply a nightmare. The security system has been working all morning. The rapid response team isn»t coming. No one is calling. The app isn«t working.»

The exact timeline for restoring full operation of all Delta services has not yet been determined.
