Investigators have opened a criminal case due to low temperatures in the wards of Kezhemskaya District Hospital. There, patients during frosts risked catching a cold even within the medical facility.

There are no suspects yet; the case will be investigated under the article «providing services that do not meet safety requirements for the life and health of consumers.»

«In the wards of the medical institution, the air temperature dropped below the optimal values established by sanitary norms. Investigators from the Investigative Committee have inspected the hospital wards, and in the near future, patients and officials of the medical institution will be questioned,» reports the Investigative Committee.
