Bailiffs Stake Out Father, Return Son to Mother

In Magnitogorsk, bailiffs conducted a multi-hour operation to return a five-year-old son to his mother. After the divorce, the father took the boy away, forbade his ex-wife from seeing the child, and threatened her, according to the Chelyabinsk Region Office of the Federal Bailiff Service.

The boy«s parents began to conflict even during the marriage. Initially, the head of the family accepted his partner»s daughters as his own, and everyone lived harmoniously. After the birth of their common child, the man changed completely.

“He controlled his wife«s every step, reproaching her for leaving their young son unattended. This applied even to some hygiene procedures, not to mention leaving the apartment,” clarified the UFSSP. “Life together began to turn into a nightmare, especially since the man had no job, only occasional earnings, and the family began to need money.”

The wife went back to work, and the father took parental leave. The child was sent to a village in the Beloretsky District to the father»s relatives. Then the couple divorced, and the parents could not agree peacefully on where the son should live. The court ruled that the child must be handed over to the mother. But by this time, the woman had not seen the boy—her ex-husband had forbidden meetings and threatened her.

The father was declared wanted. The Beloretsky bailiffs could not enter the village house. Then it became known that the fugitive father was in Magnitogorsk. The Magnitogorsk bailiffs joined the operation to return the child.

Together with the boy«s mother, the bailiffs arrived in several cars at one of the houses in the Ordzhonikidzevsky District and waited for several hours.

“First, the debtor»s mother came out of the entrance to buy groceries, then a car with the debtor and his father arrived—they brought food in the form of seasonal preserves and vegetables. Only after another couple of hours did the debtor come out with the child,” continued the UFSSP. “Behind him was an officer from the Beloretsky and Beloretsky District Bailiff Service, who had spent the entire waiting time in the entrance. The wanted citizen did not have time to realize what was happening before he was surrounded by people with IDs, and the mother immediately took her son and remained in the car until the operation was completed.”

The father told the bailiffs that he had brought the child for a walk to the ‘Prityazheniye’ Park, but could not explain where the park is located. It is not specified how long the boy spent away from his mother, but it is known that he did not attend kindergarten or clubs and may not have been seen by doctors.

At present, the child is with his mother and two sisters.
