The family from Turkmenistan is asking for help in finding 19-year-old Dovran Dzhumabayev, who has gone missing in Perm. The student was last in contact in December.
Dovran moved to Perm in November 2024 to study at the geography faculty of Perm State University (PSNRU), his acquaintance Ogulgerek told 59.RU. He lived in a dormitory at 61 Belinskogo Street. Since the end of 2025, his relatives have had no news from Dovran.
«He called his mom in early December, and after that he disappeared,» Ogulgerek shared with 59.RU. «In early January, his mother started actively searching for Dovran, calling friends and relatives, but no one knows anything. Classmates say they last saw him in December: he came to the dorm, gathered his things and documents — and left without explaining anything.»
Dovran Dzhumabayev«s phone is turned off, so his relatives can neither call nor text him directly.
Description of the missing person: tall, with black hair and dark skin. He was growing a beard. When he was last seen, he was wearing a black jacket.
