A 14-year-old boy died in Ust-Kachka (Perm Krai, Russia). We spoke with local residents, and they detailed what happened.

The tragedy was reported on 21 November in the group «Emergency and Traffic Accidents | Emergency Incident | PERM» on VKontakte. The post stated that the body of a 14-year-old boy was found near Ust-Kachka. He was discovered by eyewitnesses in the area of the turn to the village of Odina.

The Investigative Committee of Perm Krai (SK Prikamya) confirmed the child«s death to 59.RU and said that investigators are currently determining the cause of his death.

We spoke with local residents who knew the boy. It turned out that Pasha himself (name changed) is from Gamov. He studied at a school in a settlement neighboring Ust-Kachka, and for labor classes, he came with his class to the school in Ust-Kachka.

That day, Pasha was sitting with a friend in a park near the Ust-Kachka bus station.

“They inhaled gas from canisters,” a girl who knew Pasha told 59.RU. “The canisters are small, like camping ones, a burner is attached to them if fire is needed. Previously, children sniffed glue, now it»s gas from canisters. It«s terrible!”

The girl says that the boys were sitting in the park, and when they were seen, they ran, and Pasha fell dead. The second boy was sought, he ran away, but not far. He was also unwell and was resuscitated in the intensive care unit.

The girl believes that Pasha was led astray, he himself would not have engaged in such things.

About the deceased teenager, 59.RU was told by another family. The mother of a girl who was friends with Pasha allowed us to speak with her daughter.

“Pasha is a very close person to me,” the girl told 59.RU. “In my family, my stepfather is on SVO (Special Military Operation), and Pasha helped us. Both to clear the paths, and to chop firewood, to look after the little sisters. He helped his mother and brother too — also looked after the children.”

The girl says that Pasha»s mother forbade him from communicating with the second teenager — the one who ended up in intensive care. She believed that he had a bad influence on him.

The girl knows about the tragedy from the words of the deceased«s classmates.

“When Pasha felt unwell, he suddenly ran and fell, and the second boy left him alone,” the girl shared with us. “Pasha was lying alone in the park, among birch trees, near the administration building, and his friend took his phone. When everyone started calling Pasha, he answered ‘I»m alive’, then turned off the phone. He abandoned him to die, and if he had tried to help, Pasha might have survived.”

The girl believes that the boy who abandoned his friend should answer for what he did. She says he is from a wealthy family. According to her information, the boy was not taken to the hospital — he simply ran away.

“Pasha turned 14 very recently, on 25 October, he died at a young age,” the girl says. “And he had dreams. After 18 years, he wanted to go serve under contract, buy an apartment near the Kama River, and go to the sea for vacation. He was a very good person.”

Just yesterday, in the settlement of Komarikha, another boy died. He was found dead near a water tower.
