Flooding at Novosibirsk luxury complex leaves cars encased in ice
A parking garage flood at a business-class residential complex in Novosibirsk left more than ten cars submerged and later frozen in ice.

This week, a two-level parking lot was flooded at the La Grande business-class residential complex on 1905 Street in Novosibirsk. Not all residents were able to save their cars; some vehicles were first submerged and then trapped in ice.
NGS.RU visited the flood site. All known information about the utility accident has been compiled in cards in our Telegram channel.
At the residential complex, water was pumped out all night and continued in the morning of January 29. NGS.RU photojournalist Alexander Oshchepkov visited the house on the second day after the utility accident.
