Boiler failure at TEC-5 affects Omsk heating
Station personnel have been switched to a 24/7 work schedule.
The press service of AO TGK-11 reported a disruption in the technological process on one of the boiler units at the city«s largest thermal power plant, TEC-5. This has led to a warning for Omsk residents about a temporary reduction in heating network parameters.
«Due to the disruption in the technological process on one of the boiler units, a temporary reduction in heating network parameters is possible. To maintain the required temperature during severe cold, a backup water-heating boiler unit has been activated at TEC-5,» clarified AO TGK-11.
Due to the accident at the station, TEC-5 personnel have been switched to a 24/7 work schedule.
Omsk residents experiencing issues with heat supply are advised to contact the city«s Unified Duty Dispatch Service at 78-78-78.
