Women in Tyumen, in pursuit of eternal beauty and youth, are willing to undergo surgery. However, their desires do not always align with the ethical standards of the doctors themselves, so women occasionally hear refusals for plastic surgery. And at this point, even the amount they are ready to pay for their whim doesn«t matter.
How much do plastic surgeries cost in Tyumen, and what kind of appearance do local girls dream of? We talked about this with well-known surgeons in the city.
Yevgeny Galkin from the Olimp medical center says that most often, Tyumen women come to him due to dissatisfaction with age-related changes on their face. But this applies to older women. Younger clients end up on the surgical table to get beautiful breasts.
«Our most popular facial surgeries are blepharoplasty, facelift, and endoscopic forehead lifting. And for the body, we mainly have mammoplasty — either augmentation or breast lift. So these are the areas that most concern Tyumen women. Older clients, after 40 years, opt for facial surgeries, while breast surgeries are for girls from 18 years. So if nature didn»t bless them, they already want to improve their appearance and figure even at such a young age,« the doctor tells 72.RU journalist.
Yevgeny admits that when clients come to him with photos of celebrities, he immediately tries to dissuade them. He is convinced that beauty lies in individuality.
The latest trend that excites women is the «fox eye» surgery, a procedure that corrects the shape of the eyes and gives them an almond-shaped incision with lifted outer corners, resembling a «predatory» or «cat-like» squint. Clients want to look like Russian star Victoria Bonya or American model Bella Hadid. In Tyumen, such surgeries are rather rare; mostly, they go to the capital for the «predatory» gaze.
Another surgeon, Gayk Nersisyan, spoke about another trend that Tyumen women want on their faces — the «Barbie nose».
«I had patients who asked for a nose according to the modern trend — an upturned doll-like nose. But I refused them because it»s not harmony for the face, it«s ugliness,» the doctor recalls.
There are no difficulties for the doctor to make such a nose. No health consequences either. But despite this, the surgeon does not retreat from his principles.
«We don»t consider the nose separately from the face, but we look at everything as a whole, and everything should be in harmony. If this harmony is disrupted, then I don«t do it,» he added.
Besides the doll nose, Gayk Nersisyan, on principle, will not perform breast augmentation surgeries if the patient wants too large a size.
Meanwhile, the doctor from the LAPLAS clinic, Yevgeny Oleynik, noted that among his clients, there is now a trend towards naturalness.
«At the moment, there is clearly a trend towards natural results. Without large implants »for show«, without overstretched faces. It»s important for girls now to look well-groomed and harmonious, without the feeling that the surgery is visible from the threshold. It«s not about the story of »pulling tighter« and cutting more, it»s about doing exactly as much as needed,« the doctor shares with 72.RU journalist.
According to his observations, girls now rarely bring references of stars. Much more often, they bring their own photos to the surgeon«s appointment, but taken before childbirth, for example.
But he has also had to deal with strange requests. One of the recent ones — to enlarge a man«s breasts. The doctor refused such a client.
