Narcologist Vasily Shurov Slams Anastasia Volochkova's Behavior

It was a surprise for many when Anastasia Volochkova appeared on the first episode of the show «Stars Under the Drip» (18+). Rumors about her issues with alcoholic beverages have been circulating for a long time, but the ballerina herself, no matter what unpleasant situation she finds herself in, denies any addiction. As it turned out, her participation in the show was not an admission of the problem, and no matter how hard the project«s narcologist tried to get through to Volochkova, he couldn»t do it.

According to star doctor Vasily Shurov, he communicated with Volochkova even before the project, when he interviewed her at home. At that time, the narcologist was immediately made to understand that the topic of alcohol addiction was taboo for Anastasia, and he was forbidden to even mention it.

«She set strict boundaries that she wouldn»t talk about alcoholism. If I say that word, I«ll be thrown out. I had to talk about anything except alcoholism,» Vasily told the publication Arguments and Facts.

On the project «Stars Under the Drip,» the communication did not improve. Shurov couldn«t help Volochkova, who withdrew into memories of her ballet past, unwilling to admit that people no longer consider her a prima ballerina.

»Where is she, the prima ballerina, today? For the last 10 years, there hasn«t been a single good news about her. I have to comment on some trash, watch these interviews where she»s deliberately plied with alcohol, forced to say all sorts of nonsense. It«s very sad. We see that she hasn»t been great for a long time, she«s acting crazy, leading a rather immoral lifestyle, and even trying to be proud of it,» the narcologist said. «She has a barre at home where she tries to do exercises, even performs with a program. And no matter what you talk to her about, she brings the conversation back to ballet.»

Vasily confidently states: no matter how Anastasia tries to convince everyone otherwise, she has a problem with alcohol. Moreover, the scale is significantly larger than «a glass of prosecco with fresh strawberries,» and because of it, Volochkova«s brain is suffering.

»Actually, due to certain memory problems, Anastasia doesn«t hold a grudge against anyone. But that»s not her merit, it«s just certain brain damage. Anastasia has problems with alcohol. The whole country, I think, sees it. As they say: for a thousand miles, everyone knew I was an alcoholic, except for one person—myself,» Shurov concludes.

On the project «Stars Under the Drip,» where celebrities undergo a treatment course, Volochkova never made it to rehab. After a wild night, the ballerina had a quarrel with another participant—trash blogger Gabar—and she went home.

«The first party happened, there was a red carpet, everything was very beautiful. They gave us drinks, food, honestly, it was fun, nothing shameful happened there. But the next morning, one trash blogger scattered my white roses, which the project manager gave me, and kicked them with his feet. I don»t know if it was a setup or just such a mean act. But he stepped on my sore spot, because many know how tenderly I treat flowers. And I realized that I«m not on the same path with these people,» Volochkova commented on her departure.
