In Yaroslavl, the right to lease a land plot for the construction of a private educational institution has been put up for auction. The plot with an area of 3,487 square meters is located in the Krasnoperekopsky district between Naumova, Fabrichnaya, and Bolshaya Pavlovskaya streets.
The plot is marked in purple on the public cadastral map from Rosreestr.

According to the auction notice, «The permitted use of the land plot is »preschool, primary, and secondary general education«.» It is also allowed to construct sports facilities for physical education and sports, place organizations for additional education, and institutions for students with disabilities. The building height should not exceed 2-4 stories.
On the plot, there are illegally installed objects: a fence, a wooden structure with a canopy, a construction trailer, and a canopy. The new tenant is required to dismantle these structures at their own expense within a year after signing the lease agreement.
The initial rental price is set at 899.3 thousand rubles per year (approximately $10,000 at current rates). The lease term is 78 months, which equals 6.5 years. The auction for the sale of the lease right is scheduled for February 11.
