The St. Petersburg Transport Committee has ordered its subordinate organization, «Organizer of Transportation,» to conduct a detailed check of the incident in Pushkin. During the conflict, a bus driver attacked a teenager and threatened to «stab him with a knife.»
The incident occurred on January 20 during the day on Moskovskaya Street. Teenagers who failed to board the bus knocked on the window, but the driver did not respond. After that, one of the young men made an offensive gesture, which led to escalation.

Currently, the driver has been suspended from work and will be summoned to a meeting of the road safety commission.
Acting Chairman of the Transport Committee Dmitry Vanchkov stated: «I give a harsh assessment of the driver»s actions, who grossly violated job instructions.« He also reported that based on the check results, the issue of holding the carrier accountable for shortcomings in personnel work will be considered.
