A few days ago, the newspaper Kommersant reported that the Russian Finance Minister proposed the possibility of creating an official online platform with casinos, from which 30% would be deducted to the budget. There are five places in the country where one can spend money on gambling: Sochi, Kaliningrad Oblast, Primorsky Krai, Altai Krai, and Crimea.

Imagine that the main Kuzbass resort, Shcheregesh, could bring in even more money by increasing tourist flow through the legalization of gambling clubs on its territory or the creation of an online platform.
