Rostov Court Bailiffs Shut Down Temernik Market Outlets

The Main Directorate of the Federal Service of Court Bailiffs for the Rostov Region commented on the temporary closure of trading facilities at the Temernik market.

According to a statement from the department«s press service, court bailiffs along with police and Rosgvardia closed »Pervy Temer« at Lelyushenko, 19/5 and »Bely Temer« at Mironova, 12/5. The Pervomaysky District Court of Rostov issued enforcement documents to suspend operations.

«Debtors have been served the relevant procedural documents and warned of administrative and criminal liability in case of non-compliance with the court decision,» the press service reported.

The «Vostochny» market continues to operate. Earlier, Yury Slyusar stated that the market had turned into a «toxic cluster of the Don capital: a hotbed of crime, counterfeit goods, and illegal migration.» The day before, the governor announced a reform of street trading in the region.
