Residents have been without heating since the night. The head of Zhukovsky urban district, Andronik Pak, promised to restore the boiler house operation by 12:00. At 16:39, he reported on social media that problems still persist at 12 addresses. In the comments, people write that in fact, there is no hot water in other buildings as well.
«There has been no hot water or heating all day at Dzerzhinsky 6/2», complains Ekaterina.
«No heating at Dzerzhinsky Street 8. The problem hasn»t been solved«, asserts Nina.
«What about Nizhegorodskaya 33? It»s cold and without hot water, it«s been like this», wonders Lilia.

Temporary shelter and heating points have been opened in the city, and heaters are being distributed to residents. But apparently, volunteers haven«t reached everyone — Alena complains about the cold on Gorelniki Street.
