The developer of the Nikolsky Park complex built the kindergarten and will soon donate it to the city.
In Novosibirsk«s Oktyabrsky District, a developer has built a new kindergarten under an agreement with the city hall. The building has an elevator, its own laundry, and modern furniture. The institution will begin accepting children on September 1.

The kindergarten is scheduled to begin accepting children on September 1.
According to the press center of the city administration, in 2022, the Novosibirsk mayor«s office and the company »Nikolsky Park«, part of the »Khimmetall« group, signed an agreement on cooperation in construction. Under its terms, the developer was required to build a kindergarten on the territory of its residential complex. The company also took on additional obligations to equip the building with equipment, furniture, and inventory.
According to the service «Kontur.Fokus», LLC SZ «Nikolsky Park» was established in 2020. The director is Yevgeny Gavrilov. The founders are listed as Yevgeny Gavrilov and Alexander Veretinin with equal shares. At the end of 2024, the company«s revenue amounted to 2.3 billion rubles (approximately $23 million at current rates), and net profit was 341.1 million rubles (approximately $3.4 million).
The kindergarten in the «Nikolsky Park» residential complex on Garanina Street is of an integrated-attached type, with its premises located on the 1st and 2nd floors of an apartment building and in a two-story building. The institution is designed for 80 children. It is equipped with its own kitchen, laundry, utility and storage rooms, staff rooms, and an elevator.
«We entered this territory more than three years ago. Initially, there was a condition that we would form the land plot, build the kindergarten, and sell it to the municipality. But after consultations and approvals, we decided to gift this kindergarten to the city, fully equipping it,» the mayor«s press service reports the words of developer Yevgeny Gavrilov.
Mayor Maxim Kudryavtsev noted that the kindergarten was built without budget funds. The institution is tentatively set to accept children on September 1. After the transfer of the premises to municipal ownership, the building will be managed by kindergarten No. 501 «Medvezhonok» («Little Bear»).
Recently, the developer «Sibir Development» under an agreement on comprehensive territory development extended Galushchaka Street, connecting Krasny Prospect with Narymskaya Street. For many years, the road ended in a dead end; now, a through passage has appeared near residential buildings, but it turned out that not everyone is happy with this.
