Nearly 600 residential complexes being built in Siberia with Sber support

More than four million square meters of housing — almost 600 real estate properties — are being built in Siberia with the support of Sber. Over the past two years, developers — partners of the bank — have put into operation about 3 million square meters of housing. The volume of credit leverage provided by Sber has been steadily growing: in 2025, it exceeded 300 billion rubles (about $3.2 billion at current rates). The bank«s investments in Siberia»s construction sector increased by a total of 15% over the year.

The traditional leader in the residential real estate market in Siberia remains Novosibirsk Oblast. Every second project in the area served by Sber«s Siberian Bank is implemented here. Almost another third of the housing area is being built in the Krasnoyarsk and Altai regions.

Among the largest construction projects involving Sber, which is preferred by hundreds of developers across Siberia, are the comprehensive development project on Zhurinsky Descent in Novosibirsk, the residential microdistrict «Gorod Gor» in Gorno-Altaisk, the development of the all-season resort «Manzherok», and many other projects.
