The Murmansk Transport Prosecutor«s Office has uncovered violations of the rights of people with reduced mobility at Murmansk Airport. An inspection showed that the building is not fully adapted for people with disabilities.

The airport lacks a call button for staff, and there are no signs using Braille. Also, the sanitary rooms and floor tactile elements do not meet established requirements. In addition, the facility does not have a developed accessibility passport for social infrastructure.

Following the inspection, the prosecutor«s office issued a submission to JSC Murmansk Airport. The elimination of the identified violations is being monitored by the supervisory authority.
