On January 30 in Minsk, during a meeting with female workers of the Planar enterprise, Belarusian leader Alexander Lukashenko shared an unusual recommendation regarding women«s beauty.
The meeting focused on women«s issues ahead of the declared Year of the Belarusian Woman in 2026.
He noted that many women use various cosmetic products, which he called «all sorts of nastiness,» and suggested reconsidering their approach to self-care.
“The best thing for beauty is to take a shovel and clear snow. That is the best remedy. Then you will always be young and beautiful, desired by us, men,” said Lukashenko.
Earlier, the President of Belarus announced that 2026 will be dedicated to women and will be called the Year of the Belarusian Woman.
