Residents of the village of Gornaya Proleyka in Dubovsky District are surviving their third day with extremely limited electricity supply. According to villagers, on the afternoon of 1 February, the settlement once again lost voltage.

Recall that on 30 January, two villages were left without electricity in Dubovsky District: Gornaya Proleyka and Gorny Balykleй. Power went out in homes in the morning. According to residents of Gornaya Proleyka, electricity returned only after a day, on the morning of 31 January, but disappeared again by evening.

— Today there is no electricity again, — complain the villagers. — Moreover, according to rumors, the power went out not only here, but also in Olenye.

On the evening of 31 January, energy workers announced the conduct of ice melting operations in Dubovsky and Kamyshinsky districts, assuring that they continue enhanced monitoring of the power grid facilities, and teams are working in a state of high alert, responding promptly to household consumer appeals as necessary. On the afternoon of 1 February, the company announced a transition to a special operating mode due to worsening weather, severe ice, and wet snow with rain.

«In the elimination of emergency situations at energy facilities, 10 teams are involved: 37 specialists and 13 units of special equipment. 15 backup power sources with a total capacity of about 9 megawatts have been prepared,» stated the company. «Socially significant and infrastructure facilities are under special control. If necessary, energy teams promptly respond to household consumer appeals and eliminate local technological violations.»
