Kurgan launches urgent hotline for heating complaints

In Kurgan today, January 23, deputy mayor and director of the housing and utilities department Alexander Medvedev will hold a hotline on heating supply issues, the city administration reported.
Residents of Kurgan can ask questions about heating from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM by phone: 42-85-00.
The day before, a resident of house No. 11 on Tovarnaya Street complained about the cold in her apartment. According to her, the apartment is about 16-17 degrees Celsius (61-63°F), and the water runs cold in the mornings. On the evening of January 22, the city administration commented on the situation. The mayor«s office promised to jointly with »Heating Networks« conduct measurements of heating and hot water temperature at this address, based on which appropriate measures will be taken.
Additionally, today the head of Kurtamysh District, Andrey Gvozdev, will also hold a direct line on housing and utilities issues. He announced this on his page on the social network VKontakte.
«If you have concerns about the work of utility services in winter, the readiness of infrastructure for frosts — call. Your questions and observations will help us act more effectively,» wrote Gvozdev.
