Judicial Bailiffs Deliver Documents for Temerink Market Closure
Judicial bailiffs sealed the trade facilities «Pervy Temer» and «Bely Temer» at the Temerink market.
The Main Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service for Rostov Region announced the suspension of activities at two facilities at the Temerink market.
Together with the police and Rosgvardiya, bailiffs sealed the trade platforms «Pervy Temer» at 19/5 Lelyushenko Street and «Bely Temer» at 12/5 Mironova Street.
The basis for this was the decision of the Pervomaysky District Court of Rostov-on-Don.
The press service of the department commented: «The debtors have been served with the relevant procedural documents, and they have been warned about administrative and criminal liability in case of non-compliance with the court decision.»
The «Vostochny» market continues to operate as usual.
