Here, extruded polystyrene foam is used—an eco-friendly and durable material resistant to temperature fluctuations, moisture, frost, and fungal damage. Possessing high thermal insulation properties, it provides reliable protection for the building. With a normative insulation thickness of 150 mm, Group Akvilon performs roof insulation with a layer of 200–250 mm, which significantly increases the energy efficiency of the house.
An integral part of Termo-S technology is double-glazed windows with soft selective coating. They significantly reduce heat loss during the cold season, and in summer, they minimize the impact of direct sunlight. Additionally, argon-filled double-glazed windows are used, which further increase their thermal insulation properties.
High Standards of Safety and Environmental Friendliness
All used insulation materials have a high combustion temperature, which enhances the fire safety of buildings. Due to the composition features, the materials are unattractive to rodents, pests, and mold fungi, meaning they retain their shape and properties over a long time and do not affect the operational characteristics of structures. Also, the insulation materials do not have harmful effects on human health and the environment, which allows for talking about the complete environmental safety of Termo-S technology.
In all projects of Group Akvilon, individual heat points with automatic regulation of the heating system depending on weather conditions are provided. As a result, houses built using Termo-S receive an energy efficiency class no lower than A and A+.

Controlling expenses for heating, water consumption, and electricity is helped by the smart home system inHOME (6+), accessible for management from a mobile phone. It ensures automated collection of meter readings, operation of leak protection systems and smoke detectors, management of access to residential complexes, and control of smart heating appliances.
Residents can switch the apartment to energy-saving mode, use IP intercoms with round-the-clock video surveillance, and connect a wide range of smart devices to the system—from curtains, sensors, and sockets to switches, lights, and underfloor heating.
