Heating Pipe Bursts, Floods Basement in Tyumen Home

One of the local residents described the aftermath of the accident:
We have boiling water down in the basement. You can«t even see where or what. It»s just a nightmare. You know, it«s directly undermining our foundation. There»s already such a hole. Our walls will probably collapse by morning. Our management company «Monolit» doesn«t want to do anything at all. It»s awful.
Representatives of the city administration reported that the utility accident has been eliminated. Employees of the Department of Urban Economy are aware of this situation. On the evening of January 20, a burst occurred in the internal heating system in the basement of the house. The accident has been eliminated, and service has been restored,
stated the authorities.
Earlier in Tyumen, another utility problem was recorded: residents of one of the high-rise buildings were without water supply for four days.
