Pipes burst in a high-rise building at 141 Dekabristov Street in Tyumen. Local residents reported the incident to the editorial office of 72.RU.

«There»s boiling water in our basement down there. You can«t even see where and what. It»s just a nightmare. You know, the foundation is being undermined right there. There«s already such a hole. Our walls will probably collapse by morning. Our management company »Monolit« doesn»t want to do anything at all. It«s horrible,» a local resident shared footage.

The city administration commented on the situation and stated that the utility accident has been fixed.

«Employees of the Department of Municipal Services are aware of the situation. On the evening of January 20, a burst occurred in the in-house heating system in the basement of the building. The accident has been eliminated, and the resource has been restored,» the authorities stated.
