In Zhukovsky, Moscow region, the second heating network burst, which occurred overnight, has been eliminated. The system is being filled with coolant, and heat has begun to be supplied to residential buildings. This was reported by the city district administration.

The emergency response team worked overnight to address the heating failures.

On Saturday evening, district head Andronik Pak spoke about localizing the failure that occurred in the morning. However, around one o«clock at night, the heating network burst again on Semashko Street. As of 3:10, 10 houses on Semashko and Dzerzhinsky streets were still without heat. Andronik Pak and Moscow region Minister of Energy Sergey Voropanov were on site until five in the morning.

In the morning and afternoon, residents of Zhukovsky still reported no heat in houses on the same two streets, as well as on Nizhegorodskaya Street. At 13:26, the district head reported on the completion of work.

«Currently, the main focus is on bleeding the systems. Specialists are going to every house, checking the first and last floors. If a problem is detected, we respond immediately. The task is to provide heat to every apartment!», explained Andronik Pak.

In comments, residents of several houses on Gorelniki, Frunze, Dzerzhinsky, and Serov streets wrote that there is still no heat in their apartments. Removing air from the heating systems will help eliminate obstacles to heat supply. According to the local administration, work is being done on every problematic apartment.

On Saturday, residents of several streets in Zhukovsky, Moscow region, were left without heating in minus 20 degrees Celsius (minus 4 degrees Fahrenheit). The situation has been taken under control by the Moscow region prosecutor«s office.
