In late January, the weather in the region will change: first, snow and moderate frosts are expected, followed by a sharp cold snap.
According to meteorologists, the weather will be influenced by a cyclone and an anticyclone, which will bring first precipitation and then clear but very cold weather.
On January 27, the region will be under the influence of low atmospheric pressure. Snow will fall in places. At night, air temperatures will range from -9 to -14 degrees Celsius (16 to 7 degrees Fahrenheit), and during clear spells, it may drop to -19 to -24 degrees Celsius (-2 to -11 degrees Fahrenheit). During the day, temperatures of -5 to -10 degrees Celsius (23 to 14 degrees Fahrenheit) are expected, cooling down to -12 to -17 degrees Celsius (10 to 1 degrees Fahrenheit) in some areas.
