Experts approve tourist complex construction on Pechersky Sands

A tourist complex is planned for the Pechersky Sands peninsula near the Grebnoy Canal. The project has received a positive expert assessment, clearing the way for construction.

The construction of the «Pechersky Sands» tourist complex has received a positive expert assessment. The Moscow-based organization «PromMash Test Expertiza» approved the project on 26 January, according to data from the Unified State Register of Expert Conclusions.

The project documentation was developed by five companies from various regions: Nizhny Novgorod and Moscow oblasts, as well as from Tatarstan.

The developer is the Nizhny Novgorod company «InvestStroyResurs». The first stage of work on the peninsula plans the construction of 13 hotel houses, which will include a total of 67 rooms. The completion of the first phase is scheduled for 2027. The full complex will include:

guest houses;
sports grounds;
recreation areas.

Last year, this project participated in a competition held by the Russian Federation«s Ministry of Economic Development, which allowed the developer to obtain permission for preferential lending.
