Experts from DMTEL measured connection quality across Russia«s Golden Ring. Beeline took first place in the overall service quality rating, showing the best* 4G speed and stability in cities and on the highways of the tourist route, as well as the best voice quality in the historical centers of the Golden Ring.

The study assessed connection quality in Yaroslavl, Pereslavl-Zalessky, Rostov Veliky, Kostroma, Ivanovo, Vladimir, Suzdal, and Sergiyev Posad, as well as on the connecting highways with a total length of about 1,680 kilometers.

Beeline«s voice connection in cities was the best: availability and reliability are higher than other participants of the big four. Unsuccessful call attempts for the operator»s customers are extremely rare and amount to less than 1%. Also, in the company«s network, there are almost no call drops — also less than 1%. And Beeline»s connection speed is the highest.

Beeline also ranks first in mobile internet quality. In 90% of cases, web pages in the route«s cities load faster than in other operators» networks. Data transfer is stable, and speeds are sufficient for surfing the internet, downloading videos, messaging, and online payments: in 90% of cases, it exceeds 8 Mbps, and extremely low speeds (less than 1 Mbps) occur in only 0.55% of cases. This is the best result.

On the highways between cities, Beeline also provides reliable reception: 90% of download speed values are above 4 Mbps, which guarantees comfortable use of navigation, social networks, content downloading, and making online payments on the go.

— For us as a customer-oriented operator, such independent evaluations are extremely important. First place in the comprehensive rating on such a socially and touristically significant route as the Golden Ring is confirmation of the effectiveness of our network development strategy. Our investments in the region«s infrastructure take into account not only the needs of residents but also the constantly growing tourist flow, which in 2025 amounted to about 13.2 million tourists, 10% more than in 2024. In Yaroslavl alone, the average 4G speed is 13 Mbps. This is enough for city guests to quickly share trip impressions on social networks, plot routes, and download online excursions. We continue to work so that our customers stay connected everywhere, — said Vadim Biryukov, director of Beeline»s Yaroslavl branch.
