Developer selling entire Novosibirsk residential complex after 100 apartments fail to sell
One of Novosibirsk«s developers is selling its already completed residential complex »Ekopolis« in the village of Verkh-Tula (near Novosibirsk) for 700 million rubles (about $10 million at current rates). The company plans to sell a hundred apartments in bulk to pay off a loan and find an investor for the second phase of the complex.

The driver of a Chinese crossover at high speed crashed into a Honda Accord sedan on Sovietskoye Highway in the Kirovsky District of Novosibirsk.
According to eyewitnesses, an ambulance arrived at the scene.
