In Sarapul, a criminal case has been initiated over the violation of rights of residents in a dilapidated house. This was reported by the press service of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Udmurt Republic.
According to the department, the woman lives with her disabled mother and minor children in a house built in 1954 on Mostovaya Street. In 2023, the building was declared dilapidated. However, the authorities have still not provided the family with the housing they are entitled to by law. Resettlement is planned only in 2031.
The woman appealed to various authorities, but this yielded no results. Then she wrote to the office of the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia, Alexander Bastrykin, on the social network VKontakte.
A criminal case has been initiated. Bastrykin demanded a report on the investigation results from the head of the regional investigative department, Rustam Tugushev.
