Chita Company to Maintain Storm Drains for Fourth Year

The Chita-based company LLC «Dorozhnik» will continue to maintain stormwater drainage and treatment facilities in Chita in 2026 — the contractor is receiving this contract for the fourth year in a row. This follows from data published on the government procurement website.
This same organization has been pumping out stormwater on Lazo Street, where the roadway traditionally floods during heavy rains and floods.
According to procurement data, 6.8 million rubles (approximately $75,600 at current rates) have been allocated from the budget for the maintenance of the treatment facilities complex and stormwater drainage. The work will be carried out from February 1 to December 31, 2026.
The contractor«s responsibilities will include maintaining key stormwater infrastructure facilities in the city. These include local treatment facilities on Kalinina Street, reservoirs and a closed pipeline system on Ivan Artemenko, Gorky, and Narodnaya streets, as well as drainage structures in the areas where Nedorezova and Bogomyagkova streets intersect, Lazo Street, and the Decembrist Zavalishin embankment.
In addition, the contract includes the maintenance of open drainage structures in the Sennaya Pad microdistrict, including local treatment facilities, storage tanks, and 13 stormwater inlets. The list also includes storage reservoirs of various types, as well as evaporation ponds on 1st Kollektivnaya and Ivanovskaya streets.
According to the service «Kontur.Fokus», LLC «Dorozhnik» was founded in 2008. The founder and director of the company is Alexander Taroev. Revenue is 29.2 million rubles (approximately $324,400 at current rates), and net profit is 12.3 million rubles (approximately $136,700 at current rates). The company has been maintaining stormwater drainage and treatment facilities in Chita for the past three years. From 2013 to 2023, the company was not active, winning only a few repair contracts.
