Baltiets-2 train undergoes first testing in St. Petersburg metro

On the evening of Wednesday, January 28, a new train «Baltiets-2» was spotted for the first time in the St. Petersburg metro.
The blue train was undergoing testing on the Moskovsko-Petrogradskaya line, which is also called the blue or second line.
The train in a similar color scheme was first presented on November 26 of the previous year.
«Baltiets-2» will become the first new train for the Moskovsko-Petrogradskaya line.
In total, the Oktyabrsky Electric Car Repair Plant will manufacture 950 new cars for the St. Petersburg metro, which will make up almost half of the fleet.
