Bailiffs Seal Dumpling Workshop with Rusty Refrigerator in Yekaterinburg

On Industry Street (Uralmash), bailiffs sealed a preparation workshop where dumplings were made. The enterprise«s operation was suspended for 30 days by court decision. It is reported that the reason was numerous violations in handling food products. In particular:

• the workshop was not equipped with a handwashing sink with hot and cold water supply; there were no means for washing and drying hands;

• loading and unloading of food raw materials was carried out through the only entrance; there was insufficient space for storing packaging: new packaging was stored together with old;

• the interior finish of production and sanitary facilities had damage; the refrigerator cabinet in the meat workshop was rusty.

«The debtor was served with a demand to suspend activities. To prevent threats to life and health of people, the enterprise»s activities have been suspended, and equipment sealed,« the Federal Bailiff Service for Sverdlovsk Oblast reported.

The workshop owners were warned that if the enterprise operates without court permission, they will face administrative liability.

Earlier in Yekaterinburg, the company «Dessertcom+» was closed. It was a supplier to a popular coffee shop, where visitors were mass poisoned.
